For kids, summertime means fresh air, sunshine, exercise, no homework, and just being free! Whether your kids spend long days swimming in the pool or frolicking on the beach, having a blast at summer camp, enjoying hikes through the woods or picnics in the park, it's important for them to stay hydrated. According to parents.com, "Children are much more prone to dehydration than adults because their bodies don't cool down as efficiently, and they are never more at risk than during the heat of summer."
