Return and Exchange Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from when you received your product, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. However, in the event of a direct exchange for a new size we will send you a pre-paid return label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please email email@example.com to return your product. We will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) via email to send back with your returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit (less the price of shipping and handling) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you are returning a product (for a refund) you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at 1-855-6FASTEN or firstname.lastname@example.org
FASTEN® offers ONE free exchange in the event of a direct exchange for a new size. We will send you a pre-paid return label (US ONLY) to return your product for an even exchange. Please email email@example.com to request an exchange for your product. We will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) via email to send back with your returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of your exchanged item’s shipping information. NOTE: free size exchanges only within the Continental US. For orders outside the US, please contact us.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Certain discount codes may not be applied toward sale merchandise. Discount codes may not be applied toward "We Goofed, Lucky You" items.
