SHIPPING & RETURNS
Our flat rate shipping and handling charge is $4.50 on orders of $50 or less, and free on orders over $50. Standard shipping means your parcel will be delivered to you within 3-6 business days from receipt of your order; this is approximate and cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and if/when it will be available. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in installments if certain items are out of stock.
We offer express shipping through UPS. In most cases, orders will be shipped the same day (M-F) when you order before 12pm (EST). After 12pm (EST) please add one business day. Express orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. Please note, not all items are eligible for express shipping. If some of your items are not available for express shipping, they will automatically be sent to you via standard shipping. The stated delivery period within which you will receive your order is approximate. We will inform you if an item is out of stock and when it will be available. Express shipping is available to physical addresses in the Continental US only. We are unable to ship express to a PO box.
Our policy lasts 14 days. After 14 days from when you received your product, we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Swimwear must be returned with the ORIGINAL hygienic liner intact. Swimwear received without the ORIGINAL hygienic liner is non-returnable and will receive no refund or store credit.
We wish to clearly specify that the customer shall have to bear the cost of shipping the product back to us in case of refunds. However, in the event of a direct exchange for a new size we will send you a pre-paid return label. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable)
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to return your product. We will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) via email to send back with your returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit (less the price of original shipping and handling) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
If you are returning a product (for a refund) you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you use a prepaid shipping label that was included with your purchase, the shipping amount will be deducted from your refund/store credit.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email email@example.com.
FASTEN® offers ONE free exchange in the event of a direct exchange for a new size. We do not offer exchanges on sale items. We will send you a pre-paid return label (US ONLY) to return your product for an even exchange. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an exchange for your product. We will send you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) via email to send back with your returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of your exchanged item’s shipping information. NOTE: free size exchanges only within the Continental US. For orders outside the US, please contact us.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are FINAL SALE. Certain discount codes may not be applied toward sale merchandise. Discount codes may not be applied toward "We Goofed, Lucky You" items.
Please note: return labels are only good for 2 weeks, and we can only reserve inventory until RMA expiration date. If you send back swimwear that is not approved for return, we will not be responsible for shipping it back to you.
